Pricing questions

Do I need a card to start the free trial?

Yes. You add a card at checkout, right after you create your account, and get the full plan you chose for 14 days. The first charge is on day 15, and you can cancel any time before.

What counts as a tunnel?

One VPN server you add, tested from any of our checkers or, from Pro up, from the countries you pick. Uptime checks are free during the beta and don't count as tunnels.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for a year at once and save up to 42%: $84 for Starter, $276 for Pro and $756 for Business.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, the Owner changes it in Settings, Billing. On a smaller plan, TunnelHQ pauses the tunnels over the new limit and resumes them when you move up.

How do I cancel?

The Owner cancels in Settings, Billing. Checks stop, and the workspace stays readable for 30 days.
