Team and roles
A workspace can have several members. Each member has a workspace role, and access to the projects you choose.
Inviting a member
Section titled “Inviting a member”-
Go to Settings → Users and click Invite Member.
-
In the Invite Team Member dialog, enter the person’s Email Address and choose their Workspace role.

What roles change elsewhere
Section titled “What roles change elsewhere”- VPN credentials: only people who can edit monitors (Owner, Admin, Manager) see a monitor’s credentials. A Viewer sees that credentials are set, but never their values.
- On-demand tests through the API: they need a role that can edit monitors, so a Viewer’s API key can’t run them.
- Settings tabs: Account and Security are always there. Users and Advanced appear for every role, Billing for Owners, Admins, and Managers, and Incidents for Owners and Admins.
